           Accommodation for all participants and the congress venue will be the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Bangkok
           All delegates are requested to reserve their rooms directly with the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers . It is suggested that the Hotel should be contacted at the delegates' earliest convenience. Reservations will be subject to room availability. To obtain special room rates, please inform the hotel of your participation in the congress.
          Upon receipt of the final room list, all delegates must be guaranteed with their credit card number and expiry date. Delegates are requested to settle all charges directly with the Hotel as well.
